Former LSU running back Derrius Guice has made a decision to switch agents and has signed with Lil Wayne's Young Money APAA Sports.

Guice had previously signed with Top Dawg Entertainment but will now join Lil Wayne at Young Money APAA Sports along with Texas linebacker Malik Jefferson, and NFL Players NFL Devin McCourty, Duron Harmon, Lane Johnson, Jason McCourty, Seth Roberts and others.

I feel this is an IQ test and he didn't pass.

Go hire the best lawyer you're comfortable paying to review and negotiate your contract. Most of this crap is slotted anyway and non-negotiable.

They have lawyers on staff likely and they probably sold him on marketing opportunities. If you perform, they will come to you. Just hire the same lawyer to negotiate and review the contract. LSU really needs to teach a class for these athletes to show them the ins and outs of sports management and marketing geared towards athletes as a brand, not conceptual businesses processes from the point of employer. These dudes seem clueless.
