Brian Kelly was straight to the point in his postgame presser after the Florida win about LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels, who he thinks deserves to be the leading Heisman candidate.

"He's the best quarterback in the country, Kelly said. "He's the best playmaker in the country. I've watched them all, and he is the best player. You can say our record is 7-3, and whoever else is undefeated...That doesn't mean anything. It matters who the best player is, and he's the best player."

When asked if Daniels locked up the Heisman tonight:

“If he didn’t win it tonight, he has to be the leading candidate," Kelly said. "He's the best player in college football. He did something tonight that no one has ever done."

Spot on, Coach.
