LSU wide receiver Kayshon Boutte was named additional team captain for Saturday’s game vs. Tennessee.

Boutte joins team captains BJ Ojulari, Ali Gaye, and Mike Jones Jr.

The junior receiver has had a slow start this season and head coach Brian Kelly spoke this week about getting him more involved.

Capt no production. Hopefully Coach sees something we don’t. However it’s probably just an ego stroke

No, someone can't get him the ball. Get him the ball and he will go to work. No ball, no production. That easy.

If Boutte and Daniels can catch fire, tomorrow morning would be a great time to get it together.

He's due for a breakout game. I'll take a touchdown and a win though.

I’ve been highly critical of Boutte but I’m hoping that this is a sign that he’s becoming the leader we need

Wonderful... well captain, throw out the life vests, because 5-7 is surely looking realistic...
