At the Greater New Orleans Quarterback Club event this week, LSU recruiting coordinator Frank Wilson talked about how the 8-4 Tigers can get to 10 wins this season despite only having one game left on schedule.

His explanation involved a recruiting pitch to Tyron Johnson the No. 1 player in Louisiana.

"So here's what happens," Wilson said. "There’s a regular season and then there’s a bowl game. Then there’s a game that’s won on the first Wednesday in February. So when National Signing Day comes and we get the best receiver in the country, the best player in our state, that’s our 10th win."
