Eric Monroe, the No. 1 ranked safety in the 2016 class received a scholarship offer from LSU on Tuesday.
The 6'0", 180-pound prospect from Houston, TX (North Shore) was on campus Monday and Tuesday while participating in LSU's Elite football camp.
Monroe is rated as five-star prospect and has offers from Texas A&M, Ohio State, Notre Dame, UCLA, as well as other.
