LSU received some great news on Saturday when dual-threat quarterback Feleipe Franks committed to the Tigers for 2016. He announced to Twitter the he will play Football and Baseball at LSU.

Franks is 6'5", 205 pounds and plays at Wakulla HS in Crawfordville, FL. He is rated as the No. 3 dual-threat quarterback prospect in the 2016 class.

Wakulla HS is right in the backyard (literally) of FSU. Surprised Jimbo let him get away. Winston will be at FSU one more year maximum.

Can't wait to see him on both fields. Will be a formidable prospect for SEC foes on both teams! Also coached by the best two position coaches in the nation hands down. LSU with some real talent at the QB position and the D we always have had, also LF, Darius Guice, Devon White, this future OL, and WR core spells big trouble for the SEC!!! Les Miles is playing chess not checkers folks. Building a damn strong future for LSU, and is just getting started!!! In a few years LSU football, baseball and basketball will all have a championship within a few years of one another and possibly the same year?? 2016 watch out for these Tigers folks!
