LSU catcher Saul Garza and infielder Zack Mathis both signed professional contracts as undrafted free agents over the weekend.
Garza, a junior from Edinburg, Texas, signed with the Kansas City Royals who selected him during 2019 Draft.
Mathis, a junior from Stockton, California signed with the San Diego Padres.
