LSU's Alex Lange & Jesse Stallings Among Pitcher Of The Year Candidates

LSU pitchers Alex Lange and Jesse Stallings were named 2015 National Pitcher of the Year Award watch list on Wednesday. Per LSUSports.net:
quote:The award, which former LSU pitcher Aaron Nola won last season, will be announced on June 29 in Lubbock, Texas.
Lange, a freshman from Lee’s Summit, Mo., is 7-0 this season with a 1.86 ERA in 63 innings. He has recorded 28 walks and 72 strikeouts, and opponents are batting .224 against him. Lange is No. 2 in the SEC in ERA, and he is No. 4 in the league in strikeouts.
Stallings, a redshirt freshman from Colfax, La. leads the SEC this season with 11 saves. He is 1-1 with a 2.10 ERA in 25.2 innings, and he has recorded 10 walks and 20 strikeouts.
