LSU baseball is the favorite to win the SEC Western Division this season, according to the league's 14 baseball coaches in the 24th annual preseason SEC poll.

Vanderbilt was selected to win the East and the overall league title.

Two 12-person Preseason All-SEC Teams were selected by the SEC head coaches for this first time this season and four LSU players were named to the teams.

Shortstop Alex Bregman and outfielder Andrew Stevenson made the first team, while catcher Kade Scivicque and outfielder Mark Laird were named to the second team.
