N.C. State's QB Russell Wilson is transferring to Wisconsin. Wilson was drafted by the Colorado Rockies last summer and was released from his scholarship by the school. He graduated in three years leaving him with one year of football eligibility left. The QB threw for 8,545 yards and 76 TDs in three seasons at N.C. State.
