Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports
Florida redshirt freshman cornerback Jameer Grimsley will be entering the NCAA transfer portal as the upcoming window opens.
Grimsley, who originally signed with Alabama before switching to Florida after Nick Saban’s retirement, saw limited playing time in Gainesville, appearing in a handful of games and making his first career start this season while recording his first collegiate tackle.
Grimsley will have three years of eligibility remaining at his next school.
