I promise you can make good arguments against David Griffin without being intellectually dishonest with the framing...
This year's city edition uniforms and theme is the best thing the organization has put out in the last 10 years. It's really unfortunate that the players don't seem to perform at a level fitting such a cool idea. ...
If 2 straight seasons of being a top 4 seed isn't a need, then I don't know what will be
What you are talking about is starting the repeater tax clock for the possibility of getting out of the first round? It didn't feel like it was the time to strike to me, but what do I know...
I may be in the minority, but I fully believe we will be a tax team when the right opportunity presents itself.
Ditto. So many want to make something out of the fact that we haven't gone into the tax the last few seasons, but there was no real need to do so. This coming offseason i...
How? How are we in the second play-in game, and this is the first time they've done this? Maybe I'm misinterpreting, but it feels like they should have shootarounds in the SKC on quite a frequent candence....
We have to have a second consistent offensive player behind Zion. BI clearly isn’t it though.
The sad thing is BI could be it if only he would commit to the three. The few times this season he has made a point to get more threes up, he's looked good and the team had way more...
If we didn't luck into Zion, this is a bottom 3 team
Of course, as proven by the fact that we've finished in the bottom three every season the last three seasons when Zion was hurt... oh, wait......
Lakers confident they'll beat the Kings in a winner take 8th play-in game? ...
I can't believe we are almost at the end of the season, and we still don't have a basic black T-shirt with the Skelican logo on it. Feels very obvious, and yet......
Poeltl is out for Toronto tomorrow night . Jonas is fixin’ to eat!
Yeah, let's not make this harder than it has to be. Feed Jonas, dominate, get the heck out of town....
My favorite Pels uniform of all time.
Ditto...
We've done Mardi Gras countless years. It was okay for them to take a break and give us what is probably the best team identity and color scheme they've ever given us. I'm okay with the Mardi Gras theme coming back, but I'm going to be sad if the Skelican theme is one season only....
This based on new info, or still based on the old info Christian gave out last year? I'm eager for it...
3rd grader lol
Came back to insult, but not actually answer the question. Interesting. Who's on this list of coaches you believe are readily available that you'd disrupt the team to fire Willie and go get?...
I'm pretty sure something like a court design takes longer than a couple of months to plan, so I think this was probably in the plans before the season began. Either way, I love it. Can't wait to see what they come up with when they don't have to be locked into the "two-tone" court designs of the IS...

Agree 100%. Are there opportunities to make it better? Sure. These are tight, though, and I applaud them for trying something different....

I love the bones in the shorts Pelicans logo. If they were to make a t-shirt with these colors and logo, I'd be all over that....
Now Willie skewing rotations and focus to defense at the expense of the offense makes a lot more sense. His #2 was responsible for the defense. Detroit, Defense Wins Championships.
But, what if it turns out our over-performance on the defensive end turns out to be because of C...
It just Crescent City in a circular style. It’s plain as could be.
Circular style, do you mean like Denver's "Mile High City" uniform? That sounds dreadful...
Given the turnover at our HC job and the firing of Monty after he went to the playoffs, I think another season of stability has its own benefits.
Absolutely, this. We have been extremely unstable at head coach since Zion was drafted and AD was traded. Stan Van Gundy was an obviousl...
