Does every fan base say to fire the coach after every single loss?

And go absolutely silent about him after every win?

Yes basically. The mavs fanbase did the same with Kidd after their loss.

I will say there are some major issues with Willie that question his coaching abilities.

Yea but Kidd has been trash for his career and they have woefully underachieved in the Luka era.

I’d argue Willie has overachieved.

Not this year.

Also Kidd has taken 3 different teams to the playoffs and was in the west conf finals 2 years ago. Im not a huge Kidd fan but hes better than Willie.

I refuse to write Willie off...until he has a chance to Coach a Pels' team...that doesn't have BOTH Zion & BI...as his Batman & Robin. At least ONE of them...has to go.

He’s half a season into having this roster to deal with (but still an healthy amount of missed time from CJ and Trey) and they’re tied for sixth in a freak conference and trending way upward.

Most of y’all aren’t realistic at all.

I agree he’s not perfect and there are plenty of things I don’t love, but to suggest firing the guy is beyond stupid.

But the problem is he eventually does the right thing two months after it's obvious to the rest of the world.

That shite won't work in thr playoffs

Im not suggesting firing him midseason. He deserves to have one full year with this group. All I’m saying is he has some glaring issues which don’t seem like are getting fixed and costing us games.

People bitch and moan about his methods and then when it turns out he was probably right about it, they go absolutely silent.

Again, there are certainly things left to be desired, but I don’t know which coach out there slides in and takes this team up a level without sacrificing the things Willie is very good at.

I think you’re taking this the wrong way. I don’t think Willie is the absolute worst coach ever but if this team will take the next step- probably after this year- it needs a new coach.

Willie’s strengths is his player communication and defensive attention. But he severely lacks in ATO sets, in game adjustments, and rotations. He has struggled this year managing the depth of this team. To me with this team you just a need more experienced coach.

There are several guys out there that have more experience than Willie.

I mean you really think there aren’t coaches out there better and more experienced than Willie? Come on man thats a silly take.

Id go get Budenholzer, all he does is win. Bucks fans all wanted him gone and now they’re stuck with a shite coach and realize how good they have it

Lol so bring up the one experienced coach who was fired after one season because he didn’t get along with BI as the example? You’re really trying to hard to defend Willie here man.

I’m just curious which guy is the guy to put them over the top. Chime in whenever.

Ok I’ll answer if you chime in and tell me why Willie is the guy to put us over the top? Lets play this game and see if you can answer as well.

We’re upset about rotations and being married to a philosophy so we go out and get… Mike Budenholzer?

8ish months out of the spotlight has been very kind to him, apparently.
