re: Is it ever ok to slap a little kid? - Papercutninja
You can't slap other people's kids because we as a culture have removed accountability from childhood behavior. You really only have two options: 1. Drop down an octave and blow their brains out with military command voice. Some little 10 year olds were in the Chik Fil A playground acting like an...
Maybe they had no idea what the crowd would be like at that times since they are new? How new are they? Sometimes a bigger rush just happens.
My buddy was in there about an hour before me and they had two registers open then. I was there about 1pm. That's lunch rush time as far a...

The right side is an L - shaped partition to herd the orderers towards the register. It looks like if you go left you can go to smaller station for online order pick up. I don't think they have an app like Five Guys just a website. Although Five Guys isn't the greatest burger, their app is fantastic...
It is rare I go to Five Guys/Mooyah/Izzos/etc., but when I do, I always order from the app first. You get to skip the whole line.
I do this with Five Guys. The thought never occurred to me for Smashburger. It's a necessity when eating with a 5 year old and 2 year old. They likely...

My impression at the time was that he watched our difficult interaction with his employee and after witnessing it promptly ran into the back. Maybe he wasn't running away from me but it sure as hell looked like was trying to avoid confrontation. Also I have real doubts about what management woul...

Smashburger on Corporate - Papercutninja
On Monday, after my 5 year old's swim class, I decided that I needed a hamburger. We went to Smashburger on Corporate and had a very unimpressive experience. When we walked in I counted 20 people in line with one register open. I paused and decided I would give it a shot despite my hesitation. After...

re: Game of Thrones S5E7 - "The Gift" Book Readers Thread - Spoilers!! - Papercutninja
Tyron isn't in the fighting pits in the scene from the trailer because as the action starts he escapes to release the dragons. The seared flesh attracts Drogon and we get the dragons setting up shop all over Meereen. That's my call......
This is Econ 101 material.
Yeah, he didn't ask this question in a genuine sense. He wanted a jumping off point to criticize big business and "corporate greed" (whatever that is). I think a better lesson may be to have him open a lemonade stand rather than explain basic market princ...

re: If you had one chance to eat lunch in San Diego's Gaslamp district, - Papercutninja
You can take the train to Old Town from Gaslamp. It takes like 10 minutes so you could do both. It's a little outside of Gaslamp district but we really enjoyed The Lion's Share. Great craft cocktails and really good menu. I think we had boar sausage poutin, lamb sliders and rabbit rillettes....
