re: ATF looking at deregulating suppressors and import restrictions on some guns - Papercutninja on 2/10/17 at 3:38 pm
I have been hearing about the Hearing Protection Act ever since Trump jumped ahead in the polls. The fact is the Trump Administration is going to need to use every ounce of political capital at its disposal for tax reform, financial deregulation and the repeal and replacement of Obamacare. Trust me,...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
Sherburne Range - Papercutninja on 11/20/16 at 1:17 pm
I've got some out of town family coming in and they have requested to go shooting. All my buddies with rural land are hunting it so I was thinking Sherburne. I've never been, so when is it the busiest? I was thinking of taking them on Friday morning. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (3)

A little bright spot from the Great Flood - Papercutninja on 8/22/16 at 9:23 am
As we were cleaning out my grandmother's house (probably a total loss), we found a little something in the closet that no one was expecting. This was my grandfather's pistol that he used to keep in his bar back in the 1960's. 1966 Ruger Bearcat Single Action .22 (aged according to the serial number)...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (2)
Real cajun rice and gravy is about execution, not bastardization.
My Cajun grandmothers (Youngsville and Pierre Part) both used parsley, green onion and other herbs and vegetables from their gardens to flavor the gravy. ...
I don't need to know a thing about his service record to know that nothing he went through in Afghanistan remotely justifies his actions.
I'm not seeking justification just motivation.
So after this comes into effect, can you just get a trust made with just you on it, get the item, then amend the trust? It all depends on how your successor trustee clause is written. In my trusts, the successor trustee has no right to any of the items until all other trustees are incapacitated. Read your clauses carefully. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (2)
re: Can someone please school me on the new BATFE trust Amendment? - Papercutninja on 7/5/16 at 2:37 pm
You only have to submit fingerprints, photograph, and the Form 5320.20 questionnaire at the time you make purchases. It's not a yearly requirement or anything like that. If you add trustees they will only be required to submit this information at the time you make your next purchase. As for your ben...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)

I think that Sam will discover that the magic the Children used to create the Night King will all stem from him. So in order to defeat the Wights and the White Walkers, the Night King must be defeated in order for his army to fall. I also think that before its all over, the Night King will be outed ...

re: ATF wait times - Papercutninja on 6/17/16 at 1:38 pm
They aren't dipping into state trust law so you can strip your trust down and then add people later. That's what I am recommending to my clients and how I will be structuring trusts in the future. One trustee with all beneficiaries, then an amendment to add people once you've made the bulk of you...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)

If you or your friend are going to buy now, make sure your items are in stock if you intend on beating 41P implementation. Anything that needs to be Form 3'd to a dealer won't make it in time. And the ATF is estimating double wait times after July 13, 2016....Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)

I recall a diversity stat but there was something else as well.
