re: Grandma's homemade lasagna w/pics. - Papercutninja
Looks fantastic! But why cook the noodles? Is your sauce too tight to allow for that moisture to cook it in the pan? Just curious. ...

re: Mason's Grill Baton Rouge - Papercutninja
[quote] Give the place a chance. Walking out is rude and obnoxious. If you don't like the service or the food, talk to the manager, pay whatever isn't comped, and THEN talk shite and don't go back. When places are busy it takes a little longer to get drinks and food sometimes, if you can't underst...

re: Charleston SC - Restaurant Recommendations - Papercutninja
We are really open to anything. We will be close to downtown, or what Zomato keeps calling "Peninsular Charleston." We won't have a car so I am hoping to Uber a bunch. My wife is seafood averse but I will still drag her around to get some since its a coastal town. I'm not really all that familIar wi...

Charleston SC - Restaurant Recommendations - Papercutninja
I'll be there next week for 3 nights with the wife. I've made 2 preventative reservations at Slightly North of Broad and Amen Fish and Raw Bar, but I'm not totally committed. Also Husk is totally booked, so leave that one out. Thanks!...

I can appreciate real Carl because I've read the comics and I appreciate his progression. Zack is just the worst. It's been a few years since I read the series but I don't remember him being that shitty until later....

re: Planning on going to Breckenridge in December, restaurant recommendations plz - Papercutninja
Eric's Downstairs Empire Burger (fricking legit) Michael's Italian (basic but enjoyable) Breckinridge Brewery (it's good but not a must as it's always crowded) Mi Casa (good Mexican and drinks) I would tell you another place but with your profession, I think you would frown upon it and the "c...

re: The strain season 2 thread - Papercutninja
The season is starting out ok. I like that they have linked Palmer and Setrakian in the past. I agree that Carl needs to get hurt. I am also over Nora's moral objections and all of the clothes she wears. ...

I render a salute. I'm sure it's not cool to many of you but I want my kids to know that it's not just a song and it's not just a piece of cloth. If you don't like it stay out of my AO. Feel free to freedom the f*ck on at your own discretion. ...

re: The ‘Next’ Seinfeld Has Already Been on TV for a Decade - Papercutninja
I think that Seinfeld has attained a mythic status that most folks can't overcome when it's compared to other shows. i like IASIP because I can identify best with those characters and the social malaise that the show deals with. I like Seinfeld as well but i don't feel the same connection....
