What Happened to all the Tigermainia Stores?

I heard they were bought out by Lids? Does anyone know the backstory? I assume that Tigermainia was locally owned? I remember at one time there were 4 or 5 locations. The fact that these stores are gone is a absolute shame for LSU and the city of Baton Rouge. Definitely stinks for a LSU fan, not mu...
