Not sure. I'll ask the kid when I pick her up after work what she wants. It's her last meal before she goes under the knife tomorrow morning to repair a hernia.

I don't even know what turkey hash is.

Pot fried green onion and garlic sausage, green salad, green beans.

Then you need the recipe. It's an excellent use of leftover turkey.

Leftover meatloaf from yesterday and roasted fall vegetables.

IMO meatloaf is always better the second day. The nice thing is with only two of us left at home, we usually have second day leftovers.

Chicken liver and the burrata great stuff.

I had paneed chicken with my Meyer lemons squeezed on them.

"Rustic" turkey pot pie. Has potential. Filling flavor is on point, could be thicker. Crust is not flaky. It's fathead dough. Will attempt again.

Alright, so I decided it was a good night to grill burgers and these were done hot and fast. Had the Keg over 500 degrees for these.

Having had 2 or 3 or 5 beer I was hungry and having cooked some onions down with butter and Worchestershire sauce I felt like two would do me fine.

Both had a nice pile of onions added on top with shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top of that. Had to work fast, it was HOT!

My two burgers with a few fries....
