So that makes 4 people shot in JP since Joe McNight was killed Thursday afternoon.

Sounds like a scary place.
You should be allowed to shoot anyone you want there since anyone could do something that makes you fear for you life.

Or better yet how about don't chase some one down because you got cut off then illegally block them in and proceed to try to get into their car? How about that one?
