That study is silly...
For those who have been doing IF for years unknowingly by not eating breakfast and somewhat following the 16/8 method, I would recommend you really try the 16hrs of absolutely nothing but water. I believe most who think they fast for 16hrs don't actually do it and may snack...

I like a cold plunge after a good cardio workout and trip to the sauna. Its refreshing only because I'm a few degrees hotter than normal and if you do it regularly its really not that uncomfortable.
The gym keeps ours at 60 degrees but we go dip in the pool during the winter when it gets in the ...

Grasshopper - Great intro to get your body back into after a break, first time I did this I saw great results but it was also the first time I was hitting the free weights
Oak Tree - This was a tough workout to finish, but...

I took a month off with my body being pretty beat up and now I'm "hopping" on grasshopper for the next 8 weeks. three days a week for a month then back to the 4 days a week, I'll probably try a workout I haven't tried once I'm done this....
