W1D1 of 21 to party done.

I liked the increased reps with this one. I did way less weight.

After being sick for damn near a week and a half, it felt good to be back.

Nice to get some perspectives on other plans. I ran , if you call it that, a mile yesterday and did some superset ghd and core work. Starting up superset remastered tomorrow.

It was definitely an increased number of reps, but less sets and less exercises. The "post party" was 4x25 of hammer curls, band pull aparts, and shrugs

I like having a thread where we can keep up with each other even though we’re spreading out. I’ll do W1D1 DB Strength at lunch.

Running arm farm again just to get back in the gym. Will have to skip lower body work as my knees are still hurt.

W8D1 Grasshopper today, ran GSLP asthetics prior to that. Haven't completely decided what to do next, but thinking Pump City. Should I take a week off from a plan, take a day to do some new 1RM lifts, or just forge ahead??

Hotel gym in Amarillo just had 25lb dbs, so I modified w1D1 of DB strength a bit in terms of adding extra exercises into supersets, doing 20-25 reps for some things, and kinda doing the whole thing as one big nonstop workout. Had a ridiculous pump at least

I just jump straight into the next one. I think the consensus is add 5 lb to TM for bench and 10 lb to TM for squat and deadlift unless you do a program where you actually test new 1RM.

I'm moving to these dumbbells and kind of having to guess my weights for day 1. I'll just make adjustments on the fly.

do you feel beat up...be honest with yourself

if not, assuming 90% tm, then add 5lbs to upper body tm and 10 to lower and get after it again.

Started Pool Season 1 yesterday. Adding some carries to the end of the workout, enjoyed that part of Strongville and want to keep it going

I was thinking of the same thing with 21 to party as well as adding some ab roll outs. I really ended up enjoying those with Deadcember.

Yep, a little bit. Have some nagging medial epicondylitis in both arms that is ok by Mondays, but generally re-emerges during the week. Had a sore pec finishing the weighted pull ups last week, but feels ok now.

Enjoying it. Hated the split squats the first week but they have grown on me. I only have a pair of 55lb adjustable Dabs and an adjustable bench so I'm gonna run it again and include some pull-ups and chin-ups.

Week 6 day 1 of Grasshopper completed this AM. I really liked the first 4 weeks when it was a 3 day program. Not preferring the 4 day plan as much that we transitioned to on week 5.

Either doing FOTH again or SeeSaw next. Will be knee deep in kids baseball so the 3 day program might be the ticket.
That Big back Billy one is really intriguing though
