Yeah it doesn't quite work like that
Marketing budgets when related to festival sponsorships are usually tied to specific labels - not distributors or parent corps or even the brewery in most cases
Festival producers or concessionaires rarely have much say in the pmix...

My grandpa's best friend (from my perspective as a kid) served on the Arizona and was at Pearl Harbor
