I have two kids - 5 & 3.
I run in the morning with the dog before everyone is up. Get home and make the kids lunches for the day, get breakfast going, teeth brushed, etc.

I did it for years. Found myself too reliant (sounds weird but probably addicted to it to be honest) on the app and have recently stopped tracking and tried just being more mindful.
I think tracking is a good place to start to help you understand the impact of what you eat on your daily caloric ...

I posted a similar thought earlier and I tend to agree with you.
My bigger concern is the LB play, for which he is also the position coach, is abysmal. For a guy who coached LB in the league I would expect better play from them. That being said, it's hard to play LB when your d-line can't create...

I honestly kind of agree with you. I wouldn't be surprised to see a new DL coach and new DB coach, but I don't know that they will cut House loose. Looking at last year...

Sometimes I wonder if he is playing to the Transfer Portal a little too much. The guys who seem to be underperforming, with young guys nipping at their heels, are transfers. It would be a bad look to attract transfers, just to have them sit behind freshmen/soph players.
