If married with kids, which is your preferred time slot?

Gym in the morning. Run in the evening.

I run a mile in the morning and hit the gym at lunch. Walk with wife after work.

Morning. If I try to workout after work, it gets lost behind kids activities, homework, etc.

Exactly what Pork said...
I get the kids sent off at 5:40AM. Then gym, shower, and at work for 8AM. After work it's dinner (at home, or something from home on the way to a kids activity), kids activities (home around 9PM), prep for the next day, and bed. Absolutely no time to workout in the evening and also get meaningful sleep. As it is, I get 7 hrs on a good night. Alarms are 4:30 M-F and 3:30 Sa. Sunday I workout when I wake up naturally or take the day off.

Wife and I both hit the Gym at 4AM.

Toddler at home and wife.
I work at 8 home by 530.
I hit the gym by the house 6-7, M-F.
Did two weekday afternoons and Sat and Sun for a while but it’s much better to just miss out on zero time with them.

I usually walk at lunch, then lift in the evenings.

Run in the morning (anytime between 5 and 7 during the week, and between 6-8 on the weekend).
Lift weights midday or afternoon.
Too tired to do anything at night. The latest I'll lift is 5pm.

Before my daughter was born, I was habitual 5am. Now I go on my lunch break.
I’ve never been one to go workout in the evenings. It’s too crowded and I’m usually pooped from the day.

I used to get up at 4:30 and go lift, but since having kids, I find myself staying up later. I go after bedtime. It allows me to take care of my shite then sleep as late as I can.

Nights for me - I'm much more consistent
I have no issue waking up early but I like to be at work for 7am and commute an hour each way. I'm not getting up at 430am every morning and I feel rushed the entire time. I can do things at 8-830pm. I'm going to bed at the same time regardless of when wake up so it helps with getting more sleep.

I used to like working out after the kids went to sleep, but I started having trouble sleeping after a night workout.
I didn't originally like the early morning workout as I feel a little stiff after I get out of bed. I've gotten used to it now and I prefer to get up early now.
Get up at 3:45, get dressed, make some coffee and then in the garage by 4 warming up.
The only negative now is my wife bitching about me always moving her car out of the garage.

I have two kids - 5 & 3.
I run in the morning with the dog before everyone is up. Get home and make the kids lunches for the day, get breakfast going, teeth brushed, etc.
I take the kids into the basement with me in the evenings while I lift. I have foam weights down there that they sometimes play with. My daughter has a gymnastics bar that they sometimes play with. Sometimes they just watch a show on my TV while I lift.
I have found that including them as much as possible allows me a lot more flexibility.

Morning. Between work and bedtime routine, I would have to workout at lunch or 8pm and I don’t feel like being sweaty at work or working out at 8pm. Plus, if I didn’t do it in the morning, I’d just fill in that gap with sleep (nothing productive) so it just works better this way.

We have a toddler. Last night I took her in the jogging stroller while my wife went to her gym classes. I ended up cooking dinner and realized we need a better evening plan for Mondays because we both want to be working out then.
When we weren't parents, we could both go workout at the same time but now it's a little more strenuous. Morning would be preferred workouts for me if my daughter didn't wake us up between 1 and 3am every morning.
