Mandeville city limits doesn't go that far up Hwy 59. People consider it Mandeville but actually the school is outside the city limits. People also use to think that Southeastern Mental Hospital (by Fountainbleau Park) was in Mandeville, but its not....

Back when I was a kid, funeral homes would setup a payment plan for people to pay for the cost of a funeral, but that's not the case now, they want their money up front. Body donation is always an option....

Whenever you're out there freeroaming at low levels, make sure you don't wander too far around the map, because in certain areas the bad guys and gals will be a higher level (red skull by name) than you and will whip your arse pretty good....
