Going to Vegas soon, any must see show for me & the lil lady? First timer so pretty clueless

Also best dinner for say, $100 per person including a glass or wine or 2?

Any good casual must eat spots?

"O" and Britney Spears.

One for the show, one to hang out outside the venue and see who you can pick up.

I for one thought Britany Spears sucked. Mystere at Treasure Island was really good. As good if not better than "O".

I burnt out on Vegas so it's been a couple of years. I really enjoyed Absinthe.

are tickets hard to get for the shows like in NY? I'm about two months out now. Want to do a steakhouse one night then a show.
Would like to see a Magician or comedy show. Someone like Penn and Teller would be great. Not a fan of Mindfreak, I saw he had something going on there.

Just saw that every casino on the strip has a Cirque du Soleil it seems like as well. LINK

Anyone saw Evil Dead the Musical. May convince her to do Cirque and I see this.

"O" is famtastic and quite sifferent because it is a water show. There's a pool built down into the stage that transforms for various acts.

Penn and Teller are fantastic, and at the end of every show they hang out in the lobby. They'll sign stuff and take pictures with you until literally the last person has left the building.

Be sure to hang out at the Venetian a lot. They have a fantastic mall with interesting shops and great food. And it's a nicer crowd than the Caesar's Palace forum (mall). And take your wife on the gondola ride in the Venetian one night.

***TIP: Use the "Vegas" sites to find the shows you want, but go to ticketmaster to buy your seats. You can use the "choose your seat on the map" option. We were able to get in the first couple rows for every show. I even had an usher look at my ticketmaster ticket and respond, "I haven't seen one of these in forever." I guess no one uses it anymore, but you can pick out great seats up front.

John Fogerty is playing there. If you like CCR you will love the show.

Vic and Anthony's is, IMHO, as good as any steak house. It is in the Golden Nugget in Vegas and at several Golden Nuggets throughout the country including LC.

Most of the shows are pretty easy to get tickets for. I would wait until you get there.

If you get them early you might save some money especially for some of the concerts like Celine. The weekend tends to be harder to get tickets for.

Vegas is really not something to plan, go and figure it out when you get there.

It really just depends on how many large conventions you have going on.

Evil Dead is pretty good if you're familiar with the movies. Get seats in the front so you get splattered.

I don't care for Cirque shows, but O and Beatles Love are the best. Zumanity is meh.

One of the best I've seen is actually the 50 Shades of Grey musical...and I haven't read the books or seen the movie. Just vaguely familiar with the plot. They poke fun at it and it's very campy.

Zumanity was cool. Nice tits all around, albeit small. The crowd interaction was funny
