Y'all been following the snow in California? It's out of control. Mammoth has 170" base and a new storm is coming that's supposed to drop 10 feet next week. I live a few hours away and I'm gonna try to drive up there in a couple weeks.

Seems like after a slow start to the season, this past month has been incredible. I can't recall anytime in the past it has been this consistent for big dumps for a month. So jealous of you guys who get to live it everyday. One day I will hopefully be there with you if my body holds up and my investments do well over the next 15 years(goal is to have the option to retire in 15 years when my youngest goes to college and then move out west to the mountains somewhere).

Beautiful day at Eldora until it got skied out

Hopefully you baws aren't having that problem at the bigger spots. Boulder county also cancelled school which didn't help out here

ABasin was a ghost town, especially with Loveland Pass closed. All the fresh lines we could handle for everyone coming from the west. Visibility sucked above treeline, but it was so deep and empty. Snow was heavier than we thought it'd be too. Still an amazing day. Just made it back to Breck and about to do some afternoon laps with other friends that are here. Still comin down pretty good here.

Ya that was the talk of the day on the hill there earlier. Crazy story. Slackliner saved the day.

Whew. Just clicked outta my skis for first time since 9 am this morning. What a fricking day. Good visibility. Blower pow. Turned blue skies for a bit in the afternoon. Should have some pictures or video later.

I can't believe it has so many views. Up to 3800 now. I'm basically a pro skier now, right?

My GoPro died during the best run of the day (and my entire life), so I'm still mad that I don't have that footage. But it still turned out pretty dope.

188 4frnt CRJs. My powder skis that double as daily drivers now that my soul7s went down. Very fun surfy ski in the pow. I wanna get a 180-186 ski with some nice rocker for my daily skiing in the Steamboat trees.

How are conditions everywhere today? Already skied out and icy or nice and soft still?

Just went up for one side country lap. Everything was super nice and soft. The coldness (-18 this morning) kept the snow in great condition. Even the ski'd out groomers and moguls were soft and super grippy for a nice edge.

Lower canyon out the side country gate was absolutely awesome. Nothing like bluebird day and leftover cold powder. I wish I coulda made some more laps, but I'll take a quick afternoon pow run.
