re: Mexico City advice and recs - ColoradoAg03

Thereso a restaurant in a cave there, a little touristy but cool nonetheless.
Did both of these, very ...

re: Anyone ever snow ski in The Alps? - ColoradoAg03

They put lifts to the top of anything and you can find yourself in way over your head in a lot of trouble very easily. Remember, ...

re: Tell me about Denver - ColoradoAg03
And I laugh at people who move to Denver and act like they are at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. It's still a little bit of a drive. A co-worker relocated to Austin from Denver and complained that he hardly ever got to take advantage of the mountains.
Your friend didn't do it r...

Look in Thornton, Westminster, Broomfield, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood. Anything closer in and you'll be lucky to get a closet for $400k, even a closet built in the 1898 like my house (1600ish sq ft). ETA: I live real close to Highland Tap & Burger (Highlands/Northside neighborhood) and Zillo...

re: Anywhere up to 3-4 hours from Denver that's not a ski trip in early spring? - ColoradoAg03
RMNP/Estes Park. The ground will still be snowcovered, so snowshoeing is your likely activity. Also look into Strawberry Park Hot Springs or Mount Princeton Hot Springs, both have small cabins to stay for a reasonable price. Granby/Grand Lake is another good area with lots of outdoor winter/sprin...
