For those of you who have it, are you satisfied? Do they seem to throttle the speeds often if you go over a certain amount? I currently have Verizon and I am thinking about switching for the unlimited option.

Also, Will my iPhone 6 and my wife's galaxy be compatible with AT&T?

I think they do work. I believe the Verizon model has both radios.

Same here. I've gone over, but not noticed a difference in speed.

No. You will need to get a seperate data plan to tether. The still don't allow tethering on unlimited. We had the same issue so we got a 10 gb data plan for the iPad for $70.

They don't have a hard throttle, they dreprioritize after ~22 GB. This will only slow you down if the particular sector of the particular tower that you are on is congested.

Some carriers have started making universal devices like the Nexus line and Apple. Your iPhone can be switched over, but probably not the galaxy.

Wife and I made the switch about a month ago after getting married and are very pleased with it. We have gone over but haven't noticed any difference in speed. You will likely have to get new phones, but if you owe anything on them, AT&T will pay them off and should allow you to trade them towards new phones

If you call Verizon, they should be able to unlock the phones for you for no charge (assuming you don't owe anything on the phones).

Then, you will be able to switch the phones to any carrier you like.

I did the math and my bill would be a few dollars cheaper with ATT.. But I'd get unlimited data and new phones on next program with insurance. I am just worried that the coverage may not be quite as good as Verizon
