We followed the book “12 hours sleep by 12 weeks old” with our twins and it worked like a charm. They’re now 2 years old and have been sleeping 12 hours a night, 7pm to 7am, since they were 10 weeks old.
We bathe them then just put them in their beds. I think we’ve had to go in their rooms once ...
