The players liked Boca. I am pretty sure the players liked Landon, too. It will be interesting years from now the crazy shite that gets written about Jurgen's tenure from former players.

What did I miss about Boca and Jurgen in the edited post?

Let's just say that Klinsmann acted in a completely unprofessional manner toward Bocanegra in removing him as USMNT captain and did so purely to personally insult the player in an effort to establish his own dominance over the team. It was disgraceful and I applaud the USMNT for being able to maintain their professionalism as well as they have done so.

Basically he told him 15 minutes before the first game of the Hex that he was dropping him from the team and he just needed to deal with it with a smile.

I feel like we're about to be very disappointed.

I mean there is no way Bilic or Ranieri take the job.

But if it's between Jurgen or Blanc, I don't see anyway Blanc doesn't get it. Better manager and they don't have to worry about buying out from another place.

The US needs to replace Klinsmann with Pareja. He has FC Dallas with the best record in MLS (again), identifies capabilities and places players in the best positions to be successful, develops young talent, plays an exciting style, emphasizes offense and defense, stresses communication, gets the most out of his players who love him and play hard for him. Plus, he does tactics:
quote:
“It was something we had drawn up this week based off how they mark," said Zimmerman, who took his open shot on an impressive half-volley. "Atiba [Harris] set a great pick and got me free, and Mauro [Diaz] put a great ball in there. You see Hedges come in there in the second half on the same play, switched it up and got his header. It was a great job by the coaches and the scouting this week to draw something like that up.”

Bielsa to Lazio is done so that's officially out.
