Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

United States manager Jurgen Klinsmann is reportedly interested in moving across the pond for his next international managerial job. With Roy Hodgson announcing his resignation following England's elimination from Euro 2016 on Monday, sources revealed to Sky Sports that Klinsmann is interested in applying for one of the most scrutinized jobs in all of football and become the next leader of the Three Lions. Though his contract with the U.S. runs through the 2018 World Cup in Russia, Klinsmann has faced criticism over his failure to propel the U.S. to the next level after only managing to secure the 2013 Gold Cup since being appointed manager in 2011. His last major tournament saw the U.S. fall short of winning silverware on home soil when the country bowed out of the Copa America Centenario in the semifinals. A three-man panel appointed by the English Football Association will select the next manager of England, with reports suggesting former under-21 coach Gareth Southgate will take over on an interim basis during the first stage of the country's 2018 World Cup qualifying campaign this fall.

They'd do better hiring one of the 6,093 coaches Leeds has fired over the last 3 months

Or better yet after a loss blame the English fans for being stupid and not knowing the game.

The melt would be worse than Monday for the English. Not one of them wants a foreign manager. To bring in a German dork with a lisp who most US fans want to can might be the last straw for some of their fans.

i think they liked the fact that our guys played their butts off while england was lifeless. a common criticism i hear from english fans is that they don't think their guys play hard for the national team.

Well JK will throw them under the bus if England loses. So Harry Kane and his big nose better run hard for 90 minutes.

Rooney will never be a great player until he learns to start stepping on toes.

Bookies must love this shite. Almost no chance he actually becomes their next manager but idiots are going to bet on it anyway.
