Having a team like that will force all of the other teams to improve their quality as well
Not with the way MLS is set up with it's allocation process....

re: Do you think Pulisic making it big at a young age willl have a trickle down effect? - Broski

re: Order of Importance... - Broski
Heck, Brazil sent a basically C squad with a few A and B team members thrown in. That shows you that they didn't care about the special 100 year anniversary edition of the tournament.
That was because the Olympics were going on at the same time in Brazil....

re: Order of Importance... - Broski
Copa I put last because it's (historically) basically a three horse race between Uruguay, Brazil & Argentina.
To be fair, those three teams make up 3/8 of the World Cup winners, so that prestige in it's own should make winning the Copa special regardless of who wins it....

re: Young Players Tracker and Americans Abroad Thread - Broski
Speaking of Hyndman, he was named Rangers Young Player of the Year, which is crazy considering he's a loanee that had been there since January. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n617uiutt3g...

re: Young Players Tracker and Americans Abroad Thread - Broski
They have a few of our players and they do a great job at developing young talent. But in all honesty, these kids look like they are already getting some top notch developmen
It's gotten a lot better since we really started focusing on MLS team-based academies circa 2007(?), but w...

re: Order of Importance... - Broski
The reason I ask is because it seems some players seem to play harder or elevate their games for their club team more than their national team.
Any specific examples of this? In terms of USMNT, the only player that I can think of is Timmy Chandler and that was a special case wit...
Not only are we about to beat them for the first time ever, we dominated as much as you possibly can while still giving up 2 goals.
Yep, assuming we qualify for the U17 World Cup, I'm expecting both them and the U20's to make good runs this year. Stacked with talent....
