the problem isn't even "multiculturalism"
if you want to get technical, it's postmodern views on cultures
this lead to cultural relativism, which is the real issue
if you create a social system where you're not allowed to say, "cultural trait A is superior to cultural trait B", then you're gonna have a bad time. the biggest theme of the Alt-Right is a rejection of this insanity (primarily via modern feminism)

What do large numbers of minorities particularly black and Hispanic bring to the table in urban areas? Net benefit or not, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to look at areas like Chicago, Detroit, LA etc. to find an answer.

I think what needs to happen across the board is stop using race as a scapegoat and instead start taking a hard look at class.
It's not as sexy, nor is it as easy to discern as race, but it's at least intellectually honest.

Until we as a country and government basically pretend racism doesn't exist (except in the most clearly obvious cases), racism will continue to fester. It is the cry of racism at every turn that perpetuates racism. It will die out on its own given time if the flames are not fanned by the "anti-racist" crowd.

The alt right is opposed to the "progressive's" agenda of changing western culture. The issue is most minorities have latched on to that mindset and have been duped into thinking there is systematic racism against them. So naturally, they assume those opposed to progressive agenda are against minorities, when in all honesty a lot in the "alt-right" are just trying to explain they've been lied to and current policy is detrimental to their success and well being.
Democrats have been so detrimental to minorities, specifically African Americans. It's sad they don't realize it.
