They aren't the same. And I don't know why you would care for any shitty culture, because all races have shitty culture. White people in Europe have a different culture than white people in America. Blacks, asians, hispanics, all of have different cultures. That's common damn sense. Race doesn't define culture and quite frankly, only a racist bigot would think otherwise.
