re: Were the early Horror Movies Scarier than the ones Nowadays? - Roger Klarvin
Older horror movies were better because they had to rely on acting/music/setting to generate fear rather than relying on special effects like today. These days we get absurd looking CGI monsters/ghosts/demons and jump scares....

re: Supreme Court: Texas Abortion Restrictions Violate the Constitution - Roger Klarvin
As distasteful as I find the idea of abortion for convenience and the left's almost celebratory endorsement of it, it is intellectually dishonest for people to argue these restrictions were about "protecting women". These regulations were designed specifically to limit the number of abortions as muc...

re: GoT S6: E10 "The Winds of Winter" BOOK READERS - Roger Klarvin
Also, Davos might just be my favorite character at this point. He has absolutely crushed that role the past two seasons. His scene tonight was some of the best raw acting we've seen in this show....

re: GoT S6: E10 "The Winds of Winter" BOOK READERS - Roger Klarvin
I AM SO frickING HARD That was my favorite hour of TV ever. Period. No qualifications. The music was what did it. The plot was great obviously, but holy shite the score was magnificent. The opening scene, the baby/adult Jon transition, the final shot...damn. Best part of the episode was Arya ...

re: Are you "homophobic" if you dislike homosexuals but don't hate them? - Roger Klarvin
And your support for that is: Because the UN, a governing body, says so. Humans have innate human rights independent of time, place and government because the United Nations says so. Holy shite ...

re: Couldn't you support same sex marriages and cite religious reasons? - Roger Klarvin
What has been observed in animals frequently is associated with dominance and power and can't be equated with human homosexuality. In fact, human sexuality in general is a wholly different entity than that of animals, as the mind comes into play and it's not just instinctive.
This...
That is contrary to what the United Nations' Office of the High Commissioner of human Rights says in the quote I posted.
Exactly I admit, it takes some of the fun out of victory when the losing party isn't bright enough to understand what has happened....
Not according the The United Nation's Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.
Arguing that human rights are not dependent on governing bodies by citing a governing body's definition of human rights. I was leading you into it, but genuinely I was just expecting...

re: Are you "homophobic" if you dislike homosexuals but don't hate them? - Roger Klarvin
Please try to stay on the subject we/I started on
I've already answered your question, many homosexuals do pass along their genetic information to offspring and homosexuality likely involves genes not exclusively passed by homosexuals. Moreover, many straight individuals likely hav...
