14th Amendment.
seems pretty clear. hard to make a textualist argument against it.

Like Russia and China have done with massive crumbling communist housing? That’ll be nice.

People are downvoting a quote from the 14th Amendment? This is why Romney says the modern GOP doesn't believe in the Constitution.

"Subject to the jurisdiction thereof" could be a textual argument. Doesn't seem sensible that running for the border makes your children citizens when you're not supposed to be here.

I assumed he was talking about himself and his sellout buddies in the Senate.

Considering he wasn't able to build a Mexico funded wall or repeal and replace Obama care with something hughly greatly wonderful, I doubt it

What’s Biden’s and Ron’s 11 point plan?

This phrase applies to ambassadors and visiting foreign dignitaries. If the alien resident isn't subject to the jurisdiction of the U.S., they can't be brought into a U.S. court

Trump Releases 11-Point Campaign Plan.
Do you have a link?
Because it appears your OP is a characterization by Restuccia and Bravin rather than a campaign plan by Trump.

He will just copy Trumps plan and all the bots crying in this thread will claim its the greatest plan ever

Maybe Trump should finish his first plan. Wasn't that why we were supposed to vote for him? So he could finish what he started?

10: why? There is plenty of land without using federal.

This is not true… there are close to 50 countries that offer birthright citizenship. 35 that do it directly and and another 20 or so that give visas to live there permanently if they choose.
I’m not saying I agree with it, but don’t lie to make your case.

Trump said he will impose a total naval embargo ON CARTELS!
He said he'll order the Department of Defense to inflict maximum damage on CARTEL leadership and operations, designate CARTELS as Foreign Terrorist Organizations, and choke off CARTEL access to the global financial system.

So what do you suppose "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" means??
Are you sure the authors of that verbiage meant it to apply for pregnant women to break into the country illegally in order to drop their kid on this side of the river?
I would say that it would apply to anyone who came here legally and applied for naturalization.
It certainly should not apply to anyone who broke our laws in getting here - they and all their progeny should be deported immediately.

Yep, since there are hundreds of ways to work around it.
Just more cost to the American taxpayer.

Well, you seem to be heading down the right path. Why would ambassadors and foreign dignitaries not be subject to iur jurisdiction?
You don't have to bring illegals into court. You can probe they have no right to be here and toss them out the back door.
