The evidence is probably prejudicial. Would have to see the ruling and the prosecution's rationale. Seems unrelated to this case.
The tape isn't coming in. The linked article is wrong.
The prosecution theory is that Trump paid the hush money and used campaign funds to do it bec...

Nane calling, the default mode of the MAGA brainwashed.
I'm not a "programmer bitch", I'm a contrarian, which this board obviously cannot handle.
However, you provided good information on the signature matching is...

I don't think I've ever interacted with you.
I agree the system is unreliable, and it always has been. We have skated along with mostly unverifiable election results forever, but it usually is not a problem beca...
Admit you are ok with cheating if your side wins.
I'm not okay with cheating, and I'm not sure how you got that from my past.
Improper election procedures need to be challenged BEFORE the election, otherwise you are stuck with them.
That's different from cheating and fraud, w...
re: 'Trump Lost All His Election Cases!'
Posted by Dday63 on 4/3/24 at 5:16 pm
Almost all of the cases Trump and/or the GOP won were filed BEFORE the election. That means those cases were successfully challenging election processes before the election took place, avoiding any "wrongdoing".
So they cannot be used as proof of election fraud.
Too bad they did not bring s...

There are a few guys on Twitter that have videos of them showing you the errors and the counts they've done from many of the counties in Georgia. Cobb, Fulton, and...

Don't over react to this.
Testimony from one board commissioner (testifying on behalf of Jeffry Clark in DC, not in GA) does not mean anything has been proven "by law".
He was 1 of 5 Commissioners in Fulton Co., and he voted against certifying the election for several reasons. In 2023 he file...

Unfortunately, the article linked in the OP is not applying the right law. She wrote a long section about the elements of a case, and how civil fraud requires there to be damages, and the lack of damages will mean the whole thing will be reversed.
Ordinarily, she would be correct.
But Trump w...
re: "I Didn't Do That": Biden Reportedly Has No Idea He Issued 'Trans Day Of Visibility'

Maybe so, but it turns out I was wrong about this being the first year Biden recognized transgender day.
He first issued a transgender day proclamation on March 31, 2021, and has issued one each year since. He also issues March 31 proclamations re...

March 31 has been the Internstional Trans day of Visibility since 2009. We just haven't heard much about it in the US.
It's not Biden's fault that Easter fell on March 31 this year.
I suppose you can criticize the Biden Admin for choosing this year to bring attention to Trans day, since it fe...
