Should not be allowed

That's the worse possible scenario - MUCH worse than just directing a mistrial with prejudice.
I really don't care if it makes people angry as long as justice is done. In this case, justice means Kyle goes home by the end of next week.
Actually, in this case justice would have meant he never was charged with a crime at all, but we're already past that so we have to work with what we have.

judge is under a microscope (see asian food faux outrage yesterday) so he *HAS* to appear to be thoughtful and introspective regarding each of these bullshite changes the prosecution is trying to bring today to appear unbiased.
like this judge gives a F
he probably has no clue that his "Asian food" comment yesterday is being discussed anywhere on Earth

Don't understand why race even comes up in this case... They were all the same race.

It isn't being discussed by anyone relevant.

Did Rittenhouse say that he didn't "intend" to kill anyone? I know he said he didn't want to kill anyone and it's possible he said he didn't "intend" but if he did I missed it.

you know this judge barely has any idea what "social media" is... and he likely doesn't have 1 for personal use
he has no clue what's going on in social media-land outside of what enters his courtroom

I hate the way that Richards sits. It's very unprofessional.

Can they call the sexy cop back for clarification on the weapons?

frick this prosecution trying to say the defense has to prove his innocence on this.

Not that I recall in so many words. Justin Hammer asked him if he was trying to kill the people he shot, and he answered that he was not, he was trying to stop the threat to himself or something similar. Refused to ever say he was trying to kill anyone, even when shooting at them.

Fatlock doesn't understand the state has to prove guilt. Defense doesn't have to prove the AR wasn't a short barrel if the state never enters any evidence.

I don't remember him saying "intend"(not saying he didn't)
but I do remember "I just wanted to make them stop".

Judge just corrected them on this. Stated the burden is on the state.

Facts of the case don’t matter to mashed potato brained activists who are fueled by the media / social media. All they will see is the confirmed narrative that white people get off while blacks who commit the same crimes get thrown under the jail, when the exact opposite has been true for the past 1.5 years.

WOW! State dropped the ball on minor in possession (or whatever).
