The fact that the State can add charges after the trial is over is ridiculous.

If I were on the jury it would just piss me off more at the prosecution.

He didn’t. They’re twisting the testimony like the slimy earthworms they are.

WOW! State dropped the ball on minor in possession (or whatever)

Yea. They have the belief the defendant has to prove his innocence. It's absurd.

didn't just drop the ball... kicked it back all the way to his own end zone and handed it to the defense for the TD

Is the APA really arguing because they didn't argue a portion of a law that the law doesn't then apply???

He needs to dismiss this charge already. It's such a ridiculous argument by the State.

Just got done reading comments about the lebron rant about him not crying.

Was at the folks’ house last night, and they watch network news, which I suffer through during visits.

CBS News mentioned Lebron’s tweets last night and I just shook my head. I asked why a National network news organization felt that an NBA player’s opinion was even relevant to this trial. It shouldn’t be. Take a step back and pay attention to what they say, whether or not it actually matters, and ask why they say it. Painting the narrative.

Any rational adult should wonder why CBS even mentioned Lebron’s opinion. Why should I care about his opinion on anything outside of sports?

I still have a bad feeling that this judge may actually allow the jury to consider lesser charges.
