Prosecution says KR had a duty to retreat..... yeah that's horseshite.. Wis. does not have a duty to retreat.
This should instantly make the decision for the judge. If the state doesn't know their own laws, how can it correctly argue for the lessors.

Any rational adult should wonder why CBS even mentioned Lebron’s opinion.
Same with ABC and NBC. Their target is the 60+ crowd that watch their local news

The kid was running away and being chased. Thats like the definition of retreating.

Hopefully no more than a few days.... the longer it takes for the jury to deliberate the more likely Kyle will get a hung jury and will be tried again

Fat boy continues with his ridiculous lies..."I watched the video [2nd drone video] on my big TV at home and it was clear."

I'm just watching the Judge and attorneys going back
and forth about "what ifs" and how jurors might think/interpret such and such and poor Kyle is totally without emotion and I'm wondering what he is really thinking. I keep hoping Kyle interjects Hey guys...
what's this crap with the reckless endangerment?
Do any of you really know what I was thinking in
the 3/4 of a second I fired off 4 rounds?

I still have a bad feeling that this judge may actually allow the jury to consider lesser charges.
It wouldn’t matter to me if I were on the jury. It was clearly self defense as proven by the states own star witness. He didn’t shoot him until a gun was pointed at his head. I wouldn’t convict Kyle of jaywalking at this point.
I know this is an emotional case for the locals but don’t forget how many were terrorized by these mostly peaceful protests.

Binger even made a comment about it being political yesterday.
Seriously? What did he say? (if that's already been posted, I'll see it as a scroll)

The extent the State in this case is going to create charges and manipulate evidence should concern anybody that understands what the States job actually is.

The fact that the State can add charges after the trial is over is ridiculous.
If I were on the jury it would just piss me off more at the prosecution.
Yes, but the jury will likely not know the additional charges were added after all testimony. I can't believe this is allowed. It must be a state by state rule because in Texas they cannot change the charges.

It was during the testimony of the professional commentator. He wanted to ask about his hiring a lawyer to provide video evidence to the cops and the judge made the jury leave to ask about it. During his explanation he said it was political and he wanted to prove the bias of the witness.

This is insane. So the state goes after him for murder, gets their arse handed to them, then can add lesser charges to bail themselves out? frick that.

The government is not on your side.
Their only goal is to win.

He has already allowed some and excluded some and tabled some for further consideration.

From what I can tell, the defense will still have a motion to dismiss some of these charges?

Bald Rolexman is the one that should be handling this. Not a fan of Richards.

"Wait you say that is provocation when you just said the chasing was provocation?"
Judge is calling him out on his BS.
