Something cops are never charged with when unloading at perps.

They miss more than they hit.

I completely agree but I think the judge also thinks it's a ridiculous argument and the jury will find him not guilty so he doesn't have to "be political" in the eyes of the media and the left.

The fact that this is even going before a jury at all is a travesty of justice. I mean that for ALL of the charges, but especially for a "reckless endangerment" charge. The only people who should be able to be charged with that are the ones who were attacking Kyle.

Only from Littlebinger while he was cross-examining Kyle. He tried to pretend the bullets Kyle used were more likely to endanger others.

They're reaching for something lesser. "He endangered others" beside the thugs he shot.

He didn't.

So far, prosecution lost 2 and 1 the judge will think about.

The fact that the State can add charges after the trial is over is ridiculous. No wonder prosecutors almost never lose.

Yes. He was trying to claim that FMJ's are more dangerous than hollow points because they are more likely to go through a target, possibly hitting someone else as well.

Clownshow.

judge is under a microscope (see asian food faux outrage yesterday) so he *HAS* to appear to be thoughtful and introspective regarding each of these bullshite changes the prosecution is trying to bring today to appear unbiased.

Just tuned in... Seems like prosecution throwing everything at the wall and hoping something sticks.

I know Jurys can find on lower counts, but seems odd that the defense can knowingly go into a case to defend one assertation and then it be changed at the 2 min mark.

Just given the judge, I'm assuming he's going to allow the jury to make a decision, and if they materially affect this kids life (Felony or more than 6 months guaranteed sentencing) I think he steps in and directs a verdict.

White judge letting the white kid off AFTER kid found guilty.

That's the worse possible scenario - MUCH worse than just directing a mistrial with prejudice.

It would be better if we the people would collectively reject such tactics and always find not guilty in such instances. Would end this practice quickly.
