A violent group forms in the south that is so willing to commit violence that no minorities are able to speak at any universities without things turning violent.

At this point, University Presidents at every major university start cancelling any events where minorities are speaking due to "security concerns">

Proper?

I support your right to be wrong.

Keep supporting physical violence against speech.

I support your ability to do that too.

Great one. I'm going to assume you don't have one and this is an admission of trolling.

In the mind of a progressive, that is absolutely proper...as long as the group isn't a "progressive protected class".

Seriously, How many are upset when there are counter-protesters when Westboro Baptist Church protest at a military funeral? If any can show me one time where they were saying that Westboro Baptist Church's first amendment rights were being violated by counter-protesters I will gladly eat my words.

The first amendment gives you the right to say whatever you like. But the first amendment right also gives someone else to shout you down if they don't agree with you.

Look, I'm not saying I agree with Antifa or their message, but you can't just criticize them because you don't like the messenger. I just want people to stop their pearl clutching and just be consistent and stop with the faux outrage. I know I'm going to be downvoted, but don't just downvote, tell me how I'm wrong if you disagree.

as in cancelling engagements for 'security' reasons?

as in acquiescing to the heckler's veto?

the prime reason taxpayers form and pay for governments is for security,
if government isn't delivering, maybe its time to disband government

after all, the taxpayers are not getting the benefit of their bargain

People criticize them because they are very open about their goal to silence opposition through violent means.

He's parroting the left here.

Hey, no one is arresting you for your speech. You're just getting your asses kicked and the govt is assisting in preventing it AND, the government will accuse YOU of being part of the problem if you defend yourself(since the govt can't prevent it).

Oh, and, since the govt can't prevent it, the govt WILL prevent you from speaking where you are actually invited or have reserved venues because "security concerns".

Not. None of the above applies if you're a minority.

If minorities are prevented from speaking by violent mobs, the government will go all out to ensure their rights aren't trampled upon.

Oh. By the way. Since the government isn't actually arresting you, the government picking and choosing who it will protect based solely on ideology and race isn't actually an infringement upon your rights. (LOL)

So. You're saying state and federal governments(along with the left) would stand for an environment being created where minorities were no longer able to speak in most public venues even if invited by people at those venues?

Yeah. You know that's not true. What a fricking hack.

You obviously support ANTIFA.

Hell, your political party backs them entirely.

The ends justify the means and all that.

I would like you to respond to ShortyRob.

So they should be arrested if they commit acts of violence, but as long as they're peaceful like they were by all indications they were today, then there's nothing to complain about.
