I'm not the physical type but in this hypothetical world you're posting from I wouldn't mind watching you get punched in the face for saying something someone doesn't like.

I generally view it as the former. My guess is, some admin is tired of his shtick
Ill choose to believe that he knows he's gotten his arse throuroghly kicked in this thread and has lobbied to have it anchored to save himself from further embarrassment.

Frankly, you should be thanking the admins for anchoring this. You're getting your arse handed to you.

This thread was a train wreck. You were absolutely destroyed.

You should be embarrassed.

Seems many of you are struggling with this. I have yet to see the government arrest anyone for expressing their opinion

Right on brother

and this means if you are an old person and you disagree with Antifa then it is open season for a mob to beat you.

You mother frickers bend over backwards to come up with excuses for these assholes. Just embrace it. You support violence against your political enemies.

I see this has already gone 5 pages and I'll bet that your dumb post has already been torn to pieces.

But just in case it hasn't. After all, it's Sat and people are out enjoying the fruit an honey if being Americans

Everyone is well aware that free speach protects you from govt persecution but not from the court of public opinion. The main issue is, there is a large demographic that not only wants to have what they deem as hate speach made illegal, but until then they believe a persons opinion that varies from there's makes you a radical.

They stand against what was outlines in specifics to protect Americans in the constitution

This is the third thread tonight I've seen with this asinine observation. Is this part of the playbook? Fine, if I concede the "1A" only restrains Congress (the federal government) from making a law respecting the right of the people peaceably to assemble (and ignore the amendment is incorporated to the states through the 5th Amendment), will you concede that a citizen's right to smother lawful speech through coercive force is restricted by, you know, statute in all 50 states and by the US Code, that EVERY jurisdiction in the United States, and the United States itself, has a statute not only restricting that right but, in fact, prohibiting battery and assault (the immediate apprehension of a battery) if willful and knowing.

TL;DR Your point is not nearly as profound as you think it is.
