Dude is actually asserting he'd be all good with violent racists being able to shut down the ability of minorities speaking in public venues and that the government has no role in preventing that.
In fact, he's OK with the government throwing up it's hands and saying, "frick it, cancel the events".

As for your rather ignorant OP, what you failed to understand is that the 1st Amendment protects freedom of assembly as a civil liberty and human right which other private entities cannot infringe upon in a public setting where those assembled have a lawful right to be. ANTIFA thugs are not exercising their freedom of speech by violently attacking others and are not protected by any authority for their actions.
