You can't be as stupid as you appear.
Why would anyone not think that a 25% tariff will not raise prices?
Why would anyone think that near monopolies in many industries will not exists if we exclude foreign manufacturers through tariffs/
Why would anyone not think this extra government money will not make government bigger?
Why would anyone think wth only 4.9% unemployment that our employment could possible grow because of tariffs?
Why would anyone not think that a 25% tariff will not raise prices?
Why would anyone think that near monopolies in many industries will not exists if we exclude foreign manufacturers through tariffs/
Why would anyone not think this extra government money will not make government bigger?
Why would anyone think wth only 4.9% unemployment that our employment could possible grow because of tariffs?

Because many people are under employed and left the workforce all together. Some get more money NOT WORKING....

Are you advocating that the government force them to work? Trump says he is going to keep the welfare flowing so do you want them to have the military pick up these unemployed and take them to the new Christmas light factories and underwear plants that tariff advocates believe will open because of there burdensome plans/

Funny that you say this. One of my businesses sells Christmas lights.
We are on the edge of import/make right now, and quite frankly, a border adjustment tax would push things clearly into the make category. The last USA-based Christmas light factory closed in the 90's. Wire and LED technology makes it possible run a lot of the production automatically, but we would still need to take on additional people to run those machines, do final production, package the goods, etc.
BTW, the lights we sell now are used for a lot more than Christmas, so the business is no longer seasonal.

It not my feelings it is just easy for intelligent critical thinkers to see. How many basic structural steel manufacturing companies are there in the United States? Only a handful for your information. Now do you want them to have complete pricing power on steel or would you prefer that we have some foreign competition to keep their prices in line?
