A) I see you are replying to yourself here--i guess that's your version of the categorical imperative.

B) your quote displays a common complete misconception of the Gospel.

WTF is wrong with this world? Why does every argument have to be turned into a black or white debate?

There is no doubt that parts of Islam teach hospitality and such, but that doesn't take away from the bad things we are seeing from Islam as well.

Old Testament was not written in Greek. It was in Hebrew and Aramaic.

New Testament was written in Greek because that was the lingua franca at the time of the Apostles.

To a Muslim, tolerance means others tolerating Islam and sharia law. Muslims despise infidels and to prove it they will blow your arse up.

Murder =/= tolerance

Oh look.. He forgot the scripture about judging.

unconditional love does not involve judgement so that disproves your idea off the bat

Out of curiosity, was this said before or after 26 Egyptian Christians were murdered in the name of Allah this morning?

and when you say "it" you of course mean the oldest complete copies of the gospels which date to the third century, a couple of hundred years after the original copies were taken down.

but i'm sure the authenticity in the message of those from 100+ years after they were written, written down half a century after Jesus' death, are super accurate

you are wrong.. I understand what you are trying to say, but you are simple wrong.

If you want, I can point all of it out.

Especially for that particular passage you quoted, the lack of an English equivalent can easily change personal interpretations of text.

Agapeo vs philos for an example.

IMO he is taking values that many Muslims have and making them "Muslim Values". It is true that generosity and being a good host are prevalent traits in the middle east and near Asia, but that was probably true before Islam.

The Biblical texts have had much more scrutiny applied to them (as they should) and have held up remarkably well.

With the amount of hypocrisy and contradiction in them, this isn't necessarily a positive.

Except there isn't

While it is true that many Muslims may demonstrate tolerance, it is inaccurate to say that tolerance is realised in Islam.

Unless your definition of tolerance is payment of the Jizya to your Muslim overlords instead of cutting your head off
