The Mexican's coming over here illegally are the short Indian versions and NOT the tall ones of European descent. They are going to need to stack up on one another just to get the rope over. Once the rope is over, now what?
Anyone ever notice that the tall white Mexicans never cross the border and make their way to a Home Depot parking lot? Anyone ever notice that the short, darker skinned Mexican's are never high up in the federal government? Weird. It's almost as if Mexico is racist.

AL 9
MS 6
LA 8. TOTAL 52 and Cali 55. Close but edge to Cali
Add in other reasonable Deep South states.

Add other boarder line Deep South states.
NC 15

I guess you forgot about that climb part unless you are talking about magic ropes that anchor themselves and super hero pint size Mexican's without the strength to pull themselves up an unanchored rope for 30 feet. I'd love to see that. If they can do it, give them citizenship and move you to Mexico. Good trade.
