And the peer review comment is even dumber. You're taking one very small aspect of recovery (glycogen levels) and using that single factor as the basis for comparing two products when there are a thousand other aspects.

what would your fast food diet consist of
Ive never sat down and figured it out but a fast food menu can be pretty manipulable. Let's just talk Mcdonalds...
Bkfst, you could get 3 fried eggs (the ones on the McMuffins) and an order of sausage patties and a coffee (3 carbs)
Lunch - Two quarter pound patties with no bun, small order of fries, and a side salad, water (29 carbs)
Snack - Two chipotle BBQ Snack Wraps (54 carbs)
Postworkout - Hot N Spicy with two patties on one bun (45 carbs)
Dinner - Two quarter pound patties with no bun, 4 piece chicken nuggets, side salad, water (12 carbs)
Total carbs - 143 grams. I have no idea where fat/pro/cals would be but would prlly all be pretty solid to gain muscle mass and stay lean.

Exactly. You can achieve the same thing by eating a bunch of Sour Patch Kids or other assorted candies and we've known that for fricking decades.

bad diet habits and lack of exercises are a major reasons why Americans are so fat

Different goals man. If you want to be 200lbs+ and have abs, counting macors and micros is mandatory for probably 90% of people.
I don't workout longer than 1; 4-5 times a week

The point is, you have no idea what qualifies as a bad diet or not so you have no business making a statement like that. Americans are fat because they are ignorant, like you, on what makes them fat and they are lazy and show no self restraint. The majority of Americans are fat because they have no pride or will power. It has nothing to do with fast food, which is what this thread is all about.

Just because you dont count shite doenst mean it doesnt work . You are getting to where you are at by accident and not by being strategic. You are accidently hitting your macro's and burning the right amount of calories whether you realize it put any effort into counting or not. You cant get to 215 and about 12% bodyfat (what you look like in that pic) without having science on your side, whether you intend to or not.

No it is genetics. The average person can not outwork a shitty diet.

No, an idiot is someone that claims that just because you eat fast food then you have to drink a 40 oz cola and eat a super-sized fry, as if you are forced to do it and have no say so in what you order. You can make good choices at a fast food restaurant just like you can make bad choices at the bread aisle in your local grocery. It's not Mcdonalds fault you are fat, it's your fault for drinking a shite ton of coke and taking in 350 carbs a day without being active.
