keep it up and have a heart attack perfect example is CT Fletcher dude was and still is a beast in the gym but back in the day ate nothing but fast food and other unhealthy shite.
You can actually live a pretty healthy lifestyle dining exclusively on fast food. If you arent an idiot drinking 96 oz of cola a day and eating 300 grams of carbs worth of fries and buns, then there's no reason you can maintain a healthy bodyfat content. I'd rather eat a pure fast food diet smartly then eat fricking whole wheat/organic/500 gram carbload per day the government wants you to eat.

what would your fast food diet consist of
Posted on 4/1/15 at 2:40 pm to Lester Earl
chicken quesadilla, easy on the sauce and a jar of salsa so it's basically a salad.

That moronic article casually dismisses the fact that fast food has 10x the fat, sodium and cholesterol.
That's pretty much irrelevant.

Let's put those same individuals on that same diet for a month or two and see who's BMI and strength levels are higher.
You need to watch the documentary "Fathead".

Protein shakes almost certainly aren't as beneficial up as some believe they are, but to actually believe that fast food is equivalent and/or superior is shittastic
bullshite, I will take animal protein over synthetic protein anyday.

Disregard Nostradamus he's part of the skinny fat krewe of clean eaters
Posted on 4/1/15 at 2:43 pm to dnm3305
Why is cholesterol irrelevant?

This is all that really matters. He knows it and he likes to troll the board to make up for his insecurities.
I picture him sitting behind his keyboard like the fat guy on South Park in Make Love Not Warcraft:
With a whopper, of course.

I had a friend who lost over 100 pounds on a Big Mac diet, ate what he wanted whenever he just worked out everyday sometimes twice a day.

I know what it is good for me and what is bad for me. I know about moderation. frick me people, it's that difficult.
Different goals man. If you want to be 200lbs+ and have abs, counting macors and micros is mandatory for probably 90% of people.

The only research I saw you link was in the ncbi article which suggested that returning glycogen levels to a normal state was accomplished through both fast food and sports supplements. Not for nothing, but whoopdeeshit.
