That lineup is just not fair in college basketball. Even if 1 of the 2 stay it would be ridiculous

Because that isn't eliminating Kentucky. That's repeating what we already knew of him not able to get the PG minutes he wants at UK.

Quarterman would start without a doubt. i think he'll be more valuable to our team next year as a junior then blakeney as a freshman.
willing to bet money on it.

you sound like a TQ hater BRUH

AB cant defend and pass and run an offense at nearly the same pace. now will AB score more points, maybe. but what i said was who would be more valuable.

ill take my 6'6" pg who is improving at a rapid rate and who hasnt taken a step back since he stepped on campus.

Why are you comparing Tone and Quarterman? Do you read? Newman would be our PG in this class and I would start him over Quarterman. Quarterman is a solid 6th man that could play the 1, 2 and 3

You must have figured out a ban bet challenge wouldn't work well, all parties considered

Id move tq to the 3 and run a point guard by committee. Different guys bring the ball up. in a high paced offense it doesn't really matter who plays the 1 2 or 3. They all have to handle the ball and handle it well. That is what this year's team is lacking

Jmo but I don't have extensive basketball knowledge

frick you too.

Antonio wouldn't even play the point. He's an off ball guard. Antonio is the best pure scorer in this class. His hesitation jumper is literally unstoppable. I love Tim and how much he's improved, but Antonio isn't coming here to ride the pine.

Handling the press and dribble isn't the issue.

Stupid mental turnovers and dribble penetration is an issue.

at anyone trying to justify Quarterman starting over AB

It's not even a fair comparison. Blakeney is on another level

Another level? I'm sorry but LSU has only had 3 players achieve triple doubles in our history.

Tim Quarterman is now listed with the likes of Shaq and the Pistol. Not even Chris Jackson achieved that feat. Quarterman did it against what is likely an NCAA bound Ole Miss. I think Quaterman is plenty good to keep his job. Let's let Blakney tie his laces before we just hand him possibly our future best pro's position.
