To be fair to your point TQ is the sixth man and that's his role. (Last time I watched which was two weeks ago).

So if he stays in his role AB can start. But I am pretty sure AB not coming to LSU to come off bench.

I think he's started the past 3 weeks actually. Either way he's playing almost 80 minutes a week.

Dude for sure knows he is good.

He's running those chops on every play. It's amazing the explosiveness him and Tone have. We would have a stupid athletic team if he came next year.

did you watch any of the NCAA tournament last year? The guy hit a go-ahead/game winning three in not one, not two, but three straight games. The guy can shoot and he's clutch

Guess what, NBA scouts don't care what you do over a few games, they care about the fact he's not even shooting 30% from 3 this ENTIRE season and is supposedly a SG.

Sorry, but he's not an NBA player, he's not even being listed on any mock drafts. We're not rehashing this in this thread, it's already been covered. The twin's draft status has plummeted since that tournament, it's never been as high as it was then, and they haven't played anywhere near that level all year this year.

pshhhhh come on now. I never said Antonio would ride the pine. But the dude is still in high school... I understand the kid will be a stud, but you think we are getting the future Steph Curry.

Jarell Martin was ranked ahead of Antonio coming out of high school in some, if not most of any recruiting rankings.
With that said, I knew Jarell wasnt going to step in and score 16ppg as a true freshman. And I sure hope you dont think Antonio is going to do that.

Putting scoring to the side, Id much rather have TQ out there to start next year if I have to choose between the 2. TQ is a future 1st rounder at the rate he is improving.

I don't think he's Steph Curry. I think he's a rare type of scorer that doesn't come around very often. Jarell's ranking was based off of physical potential. There are very few, if any men his size who can move like he does. Tones ranking is based off of his production against other elite talent.

It's fricking ridiculous that you're even trying to make this an argument. THEY DONT PLAY THE SAME ROLE. Antonio would play over Hornsby, not Tim. Tim plays point guard or point forward, Antonio plays shooting guard or shooting forward. They wouldn't take each other's minutes. Now Malik would take Tim's minutes, but TQ would still get a ton of playing time. He's too versatile to sit.

i was basing the argument off of us having newman, simmons, martin, and mickey on the floor. and then who would be in crunch time out of TQ and blakeney.
i mean id honestly want quarterman.

it doesnt have to be an argument, just stating my opinion on who id have on the court.

but we'll see what happens next year. cause im sure newman goes to kansas and assume TQ and blakeney will thrive together in the backcourt. and ill leave it at that.
